Users subscribing to any of Mauvetix's paid services are not eligible for a refund. Subscribed users who wish to discontinue the service should cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month.
Non-Refundable Services
All Mauvetix services, including charges for Mauvetix Plans, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons, or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable. This policy applies to both recurring charges and one-time payments for services such as Chatbot development and other setup fees.
